A word one might say when someone needs their medications simplified for medical reasons ----generally the person that says it

Angie (a nurse): your loved ones may benefit from simplifying their medications.
Justin (not a nurse): yes, mediflication can often help when we see a decline in someone's health
Rita: What did you just say?
Angie: You just straight up made a new word

mexification

The turning of the United States into a third world country like Mexico. The continuing enrichment of the very rich at the expense of the middle and working class, causing the gap between rich and poor to become even greater, with upward social mobility becoming a myth. The growing realization that Washington serves only those who can afford to buy the whores.

With Obama bailing out the rich by piling an unbelievable debt on the nonrich he is continuing the Mexification that Bush started.

de-modification

1. Is when something is so bad, or so poorly done that a simple modification will not correct it, and the project needs to be redesigned altogether or scrapped.

2. Something is modified so much, it is designed anew, or seems to be a totally different design for the same purpose. The play plywood retainer wall was demodified into a concrete bag alleged retainer wall which need to be de-modified again.

Estancia Palm Springs said their poorly consturcted Retainer Wall was "Structurally Insufficient". Whereas, they claim the wall need modification, I beleive it really needs de-modification, because it is so bad that no quick fix will do.

A modern automobile is a demodification of the horse drawn carriage.
