Mandatroy is a slang adjective that basically means the person or thing it is describing is a poo eater.

Self-appointed Emperor of Canada, keeper of the mystic scrolls of heroin-addicted logic, promoter of private prisons in Canada, destroyer of nations...STARTING WITH OUR OWN!

While telling the Canadian people that he does NOT support private prisons, Emperor Harperius Mandatorius Minimus is deliberately laying down all of the groundwork to make a Canadian prison-industrial complex a reality.

Building prisons without criminals to fill them, and then creating enough statutes to criminalize enough people to make those prisons profitable...despite the cost to Canada and it's people.

Manditory Fun Day

1. When your boss or CO (commanding officer in military terms) makes it a requirement to show up to a pick-nic, BBQ, or some other stupid crap in order to build "team spirit" or "esprit de corp."

2. Your boss has no friends of his/her own, and decides that all of his/her subordinates should show up to one of his/her lame functions.
3. The Colonel or Sergeant Major have no friends and everyone hates them. Therefore, their subordinates are required to put on their 'Class A' or 'Dress Blue' uniforms and listen to some old guys make drunken, teary-eyed toasts to their first pair of jump boots.

Platoon Sergeant: "Tomorrow is the brigade ball. Everyone is required to attend.

Private: "Is this one of those MANDITORY FUN DAY's, Sergeant?

Mandatory Party Time 

This is typically a work-related event that you know you have a real good time. Still, you need to tell you're significant other that this is a mandatory work event where there are networking opportunities with centers of influence, also the potential for political gerrymandering, but primarily it's just a good time.

Nancy has been out multiple times this week, but she wasn't going to miss this critical work event and decided to go even though she is tired. The trick is going to be in explaining to her main man Dutch that this wasn't just another Mandatory Party Time.

Fun, Mandatory: When the 1sg or CO (or their spouses) decide that the company's spouses and children are going to have a day set aside for them to have a family oriented even, and you are "invited" (I.E. no choice). you may not leave until the day is over, even though you live in the barracks and have no dependents of your own.

Nah man, CO has us on a Mandatory Fun Day today at 7:00 am.
