lesbiannosesexual is when you would only like females but theres one or two people who don't identify as a female that you like and you refuse to be bisexual and like their nose so much that you wouldn't mind being in a relationship with them/want to be in a relationship with them and possibly become sexual.

Condition wherein a reasonably attractive young, heterosexual female either pretends to be or genuinely believes herself to be a lesbian. Condition usually manifests during college and disappears not long after graduation.
