lesbatosis

Condition wherein a reasonably attractive young, heterosexual female either pretends to be or genuinely believes herself to be a lesbian. Condition usually manifests during college and disappears not long after graduation.

Sharon's lesbatosis made her a big hit at all the frat parties.
