Condition wherein a reasonably attractive young, heterosexual female either pretends to be or genuinely believes herself to be a lesbian. Condition usually manifests during college and disappears not long after graduation.

Lesbiosis is the transcendential experience obtained through mind blowing sesbian lex that merges the two individuals into one.
