lesbiannosesexual is when you would only like females but theres one or two people who don't identify as a female that you like and you refuse to be bisexual and like their nose so much that you wouldn't mind being in a relationship with them/want to be in a relationship with them and possibly become sexual.

Lewis has a really nice nose and has me feeling lesbiannosesexual
