'Kryptnotic' is an adjective that is portmanteau of 'kryptonite & hypnotic'. It describes something or someone that not only makes you weak in the knees, but also mesmerises you.

When Jimin gives you THAT look, it's all over, you can't win...his eyes are kryptnotic.

Kryptonic 

A verb describing anyone who uses their power or authority to make you or your (planned) actions inferior, weakened or subject to being dominated or overthrown, or that renders your ability to do something obsolete.

Despite turning 18 and having new superpowers (the ability to go clubbing and drinking legally) my Kryptonic mother won't even let me leave the house at night to do such acts.

Meredith Grey is George's kryptesticle in Grey's Anatomy. Olive Oil is Popeye's kryptesticle. Heroin is a drug addict's kryptesticle. A nice pair of breasts can be considered a kryptesticle to a weak-willed man.
