The most beautiful girl you'll ever meet, may be hot tempered at times but it's all for a good reason. Sweet, beautiful, smart and extremely nice, capable of doing many things. When you're with her your heart feels like it wants to burst out of its cage, she makes you so happy you just wna put a ring on her finger and get married and never let go, that's how it feels like to date her.

Noun;
1.) The act of a person or group of people talking during inappropriate times and often times about gossip
2.)When a person talks to another while ignoring another person, most likely a teacher giving a lesson

Teacher: You were all kabitzin about prom while i was teaching. I gave you three warnings. Go now!
