KaRXen

A KaRXen is a pharmacist that pretends he/she is a policeman. Like a Karen but worse and with unfounded authority over our lives and well-being.

I went to pick up my low-t medication and the KaRXen behind the counter refused to sell me the needles required to administer the medication they just sold me because someone I'll never know used it for street drugs one time.
