A name for a politician who shows some evidence of mental decline that is not reported on -- or is actively concealed -- by media. It's namesake, President Joe Biden, is a very good example. Paul von Hindenburg was as well.

Joementia seemed lost at his recent town hall, but media cherrypicked his strongest answers for their clips.

Jewentines Day 

Jewentines Day is the Saturday before Valentines Day (The 14th Of February).

As getting a booking at a decent restaurant is difficult and restaurants often only offer overpriced Valentines Day menus, holding Valentines Day on an alternative day (The Saturday before Valentines Day) is a good way to save money.
