when you are relying on someone to do something for you and they act like they have no idea what you are talking about and give a dumb answer. Particular used when dealing with people who fix things, IT car repairers etc.

1. Q: "hey mate, my latptop isn't working can you tell me whats wrong?" A: "dude, seriously? your guess is as good as mine."

2. Guy#1 "so i rang the mechanic to see how the service on my car was going, he asked me if I had dropped it in and where is my car!"
Guy#2 " dude you have just been juzzied!"

The Numero uno. The only one. The Queen of the jungle arcade! It's when a female is so fly, so cool, so utterly in sync with the universe she has to be a Jazzie.
