Verb meaning to cause an organization to fail, typically in a spectacularly inept and often morally corrupt manner.

Origin comes from the phrase 'jack the lord', which had an anecdotal meaning relating to doing something morally wrong on a grand scale.

After jacklording the contributions to his church, the pastor drove off in his new Ferarri.
