A meme found in TORN, a text-based crime game. Originally used as a sarcastic reply to a player complaining in the forums about a certain in-game event limiting his ability to make money in-game. It is now used, by changing a word or two, as a karma-grabbing reply to many complaints in the forums.

Richie Incognito

Originated from the former Miami Dolphins lineman Richie Incognito, who was known to masturbate profusely, though discretely, during football practice.
