IPLO

The Irish People's Liberation Organisation (IPLO) was a small Irish Republican and Revolutionary Socialist Paramilitary group formed in November 1986 having broke away from the Irish National Liberation Army (INLA) before being forcibly disbanded in 1992 by the Provisional IRA. during it's brief existence the IPLO had 150-200 members with 30-40 active members at any one time. it killed 24 people including 6 INLA members 2 members of the UDA 1 member of the Red Hand Commando 1 member of the UVF (who was also a former DUP politician) 1 RUC Constable 1 Royal Navy Reservist 2 of it's members killed in the internal feud that put an end to the group and 10 (mostly Protestant) Civilians. 13 IPLO members were killed during it's existence. the IPLO's Political Wing was the Republican Socialist Collective. some the IPLO's most notable actions were the Rossnaree Hotel Shooting when 2 IPLO gunmen armed with handguns shot dead 2 INLA members and injured 2 others (a former Irish Soldier was allegedly one of the gunmen) the Orange Cross Social Club Shooting when IPLO Belfast Brigade Commander Martin "Rook" O'Prey (who was shot dead by the UVF in 1991) armed with an Uzi shot dead a member of the Red Hand Commando and injured a British Soldier and 4 other Civilians. and the Donegall Arms Shooting when 2 IPLO gunmen armed with a Revolver and Sawn-off shotgun shot dead 2 Protestant Civilians and injured 5 others.

The IPLO essentially took over the role of the INLA up to 1992 when the INLA had a resurgence thanks in part to the influx of IPLO members back into the INLA when the IPLO disbanded

iPlod Shuffle

The oblivious, zombielike walk characteristic of the public iPod user. The iPlod Shuffle is often observable in areas such as gyms, shopping malls and college campuses. Shufflers are distinguishable by vacant stares, open-mouthed breathing patterns and a tendency to consistently get in the way of timely transit.

There were so many iPlod Shuffles downtown today, it was like fucking Resident Evil.

the act of blowing out one's eardrums as a result of playing one's earphones too loud.

Your turn your ipod up really loud so that you don't have to hear your nagging mother, girl/boyfriend, etc., but you turn it up so loud (becasue their mouths are so big) that you pop your eardrums.

To use your iPhone / iPod whilst on the toilet or (in unfortunate circumstances) to drop said iPhone / iPod in the toilet.

Guy 1: "The line is very echoey - where are you?"
Guy 2: "I'm in the toilet, it was a long one and I got bored. Thought i'd iPlop you"

or

{Depressed voice} "I was using the bathroom and my iPhone slipped out of my pocket. I couldn't grab it and had to watch it iPlop into the toilet!"

Similar to ipoop only more expensive!

Iplosion

When a random song comes on your ipod which is extreemly loud and causes explosion of the ear drums.

I was listening to my ipod on the train and got an "iplosion" when Miley Cyrus shuffled on.
