Someone who plays Evony and is destined never to win the Raged King on the Wheel of Fortune.

Player 1: Oh look, Dave's in the Tavern and he's spinning the Wheel of Fortune.
Player 2: yeah he's Hotroning the hell out of it but he ain't ever gonna win that Raged King.
