A person who enjoys dressing up as clowns and destroying other peoples camps in fallout 76 strictly for humor’s sake. May also be spotted playing call of duty and teabagging corpses. Enjoys randomness and having a laugh at other peoples expense. Also may be used as a noun to describe the act of blowing up someones camp.

It’s all fun and games til the HONKs show up and HONK your base then teabag your corpse while playing a clown horn sound effect in area chat.
