Hægrid

Hægrid is a norwegian adjective describing a person who is easily injured when partaking in physical activities; such as football, weightlifting and padel. Commonly described by the norwegian word for cookie (kjeks). Usually hægrids are stubborn, naive, easily agitated and can have some flaws with their vision.

Felix: Trym was injured while playing football. Due to his poor eyesight he was unable to see the ball coming towards him.
Teodor: Ugh! Trym is such a hægrid!
