Guesstimated

Making a reasonable assumption with logic and then just going for it.
I had to read an analogue clock for a quiz so I guesstimated it was 3:30 because it was around halfway and I don't know how to read clocks.

guesstimatrix

Someone who thinks they can estimate cost or duration of a renovation project but who have zero construction experience and really and truly has no clue what is involved. A Guesstimatrix, always a female, is obviously smarter overall than a Guesstimator. Despite this natural female smartitude, Guesstimatrices (plural) have no business estimating costs or duration of projects.
She’s planning another home reno! And we all know it’ll be 300% over-budget and take months longer than planned…next time that Guesstimatrix needs to hire a real contractor!

2. To Guess; To draw a conclusion with little or no reason to believe so.
Bob: How high are we on this building?
Mark: I'd say about 10 stories.

More from Urban Dictionary
West Midlands slang word for rockers, bikers, greasers etc. In the late 1980s it was used by the UK music press to refer to a specific scene centered around the bands Pop Will Eat Itself and Crazyhead. The term never found favour with readers of 'the inkies' (Sounds, Melody Maker and the still extant NME) and was soon dropped. Now often used in predominantly working-class areas of the midlands and the north to mean someone who listens to rock-derived music and/or dresses in a manner that suggests they affiliate themselves with rock music of some kind.
Some grebo passed with Sabbath playing on his stereo.
The Poppies are at no. 17? God, a grebo band in the charts!
They're playing nu-metal now, bloody grebos!
