Grotesque

Beautifully ugly.

Grotesque is a word commonly known as something that could mean odd, distorted, ugly or repulsive.

At the same time though, it could also mean bizarre or so shocking and horrible it could be fantastic.

And though rarely thought of this was in English language, it could mean both beautiful and ugly at the same time.
The picture of the woman attempting to protect the baby from a running car was an unforgettable and grotesque image to any who had seen it happen...

neo-goatese

Neo-goatse is an image of a man with a prolapsed rectum, meaning his rectum actually drops out of his sphincter. Derives the name from the famous gaping anus of goatse.cx. If you like depriving yourself of your stomach contents, you should do an image search for rectal prolapse.
Some fucker sent me a prank email, so I spammed him neo-goatse!
