When a person makes plans and doesn't show up or does not follow through with the plans, they flop. This person becomes a flopmaster after not following through on a consistent level.

Flopman 

A flopman is the nickname given to an individual who has set their heights far too high. Ultimately, they come back down to earth upon realisation they have not done as well as first thought, hence you’re a flopman. This can be a quick or long process dependant on the situation. Anyone can be a flopman, even if you think you’re the best at anything, all it takes is one monumental error on occasions. It’s a dangerous game.
