It involves folding all of the hanging clothing and then hanging all of the folded clothing in an attempt to make the store look new even though it's the same exact shit from the last floorset. Mountain Dew and Starbucks sales typically rise 13% the day of a floorset from retail workers attempting to drown their sorrows and misfortunes in caffeine. Floorsets typically last 2-3 nights and run until 5am each night. Of course this depends on how many people don't show up because they're "sick". Often times one of the workers is typically sacrificed in a ceremony known as a "clopen" so that every other lucky fuck can sleep-in the next morning.
After Ben spent the whole night working floorset he came in the next day to see some ignorant fat fuck messing up all of the stacks of t-shirts he had spent 2 hours folding the night before in order to meet corporate standards. A day later the fat fuck's house burned down. Coincidence? I think not.
