The joining of the word emerge and flamer.

To flamerge "to come out of the closet"

He flamerged (past tense) "he came out of the closet"

1. snap, "that guy is a total flamer!"
crackle, "didn't he just come out of the closet?"
pop, "no... he 'FLAMERGED'"
