Fliqpy veteran bear and he is the alter ego of Flippy who has an extreme case of PTSD, and if he hears or sees anything that reminds him of war, he will Flip out and turn into his alter ego (hence his name). He’s from a gory show called Happy Tree Friends. Fliqpy is a sadistic psycho stuck in the mindset that he’s still in war and will brutally slaughter and fold anyone he sees.

Tree Friend: Hey Flippy!
Flippy: yeah?
Tree Friend: I’m gonna pop this balloon *pop*
Flippy: *Vietnam Flashbacks*
Tree Friend: Bro? You okay Flip- *gets grabbed by the neck*
Fliqpy: Heheheh I’m gonna gut you like a fish

FLiQPy

FLiQPy is an "Alter Ego" of the famous Happy Tree Friends character named Flippy. Flippy is a green bear that has a heart shaped nose, and two buckteeth. He also has a severe case of MPD (Multiple Personality Disorder) and PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder). If he hears or sees anything that reminds him of war, he will go through a phase where he flips out. His alter ego think that he is still in war and everyone is an enemy combatant. He will kill most other Tree Friends, if not all if them. He still follows Military Guidlines, such as "Do not kill children (In this case, Cub.)". FLiQPy has dirty yellow eyes and sharp teeth. Not so rarely, he will yell out his signature battle cry. His deaths usually involve machinery such as explosives, and being impaled.

flippy cup

A drinking game: Two teams of 4 or 5 people line up on opposite sides of a table. Each team member has a cup of beer. When the game begins, the first person on each side must chug his or her beer, and then place the cup on the edge of the table and flick the cup so it flips upside down. If the cup doesn't land upside down, the person must keep trying until successfully flipping, at which point the next person in line on their team may drink and flip. The first team to reach the end of the line wins the game. Mostly played by freshman college women and guys who are trying to get into their pants.

That hot girl over there just challenged us to a game of flippy cup, lets go get them drunk!

Flippy neck

Meaningless exclamation to be used instead of profanity. "Fucking Hell" became "Flipping heck" (or flippin' 'eck) which became flippy neck. Mainly used by the more polite cockney children.

Flippy

A green bear with BIG time multiple personality disorder and Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) from the show Happy Tree Friends, where he is generally a sweet, loving kind baby boy, but any loud noises or the sight of a weapon (such as balloons popping or a knife) he will have a flashback to when he was in the Vietnam war, where he was a Sargent. This causes him to switch to a deadly sociopathic killer who will kill everyone in the show, including himself.
He always has extreme guilt after he does anything, resulting in him punishing himself most of the time.

"Dont pop that balloon, Flippy's right there."
"I told you that Flippy is actually pretty nice if you dont do anything"
