You may be aware that a diatribe is a lengthy dialogue, or discussion. A diatripe is similar but consists mainly of utter nonsense and shite, for quite some time.
Billie and Gary are having a diatripe right now! That's how this word was created!

Rodger came home from work and filled the other flatmates in with an extremely dull diatripe about the working day and life in general. Ho hum.

In your previous diatripe, you appeared to waffle on a lot.

diatribe

A small, cave-dwelling fish found in some parts of Mexico. Originally thought to be extinct, small colonies continue to be discovered. Very little is known about how these fish live, but constant inbreeding caused by extreme isolation has taken its toll on their physical and mental aptitude. This is one of the reasons scientists believe the diatribe population is so small.
"As far a mating goes, only a few of these diatribes seem to have the physical ability and desire to understand what it is they are supposed to be doing. It's fascinating, but also quite sad."--Scientist
