A real problem. As one gets older, the body's ability to metabolize excess body sugars is less active, causing sugar-source fat (called 'toxic sugar'), to start building around the midriff area, that ultimately expands from too much fat stored in that region (known to all men as beer belly, beer gut, beer belt, spare tire, ...) which is by the way, very hard to get rid of as this is the body's own 'fugitive fat' that signals the onset of insulin-resistant diabetes-II. Toxic sugar can thicken the walls of heart and kidney artery structure, causing HD and retinopathy.
Watch out from diabesity and drink lotsa coffee: it's the perfect fat-burner.
