A rude, buff, low educated man that often has a beard and who would order spareribs and a big* beer, often a man but can also be a woman, if a woman is extremely Dande she is "Kip Salade" (Dutch for Chicken salad) Dande is a mix between the english synonym "Roadman" and the Dutch synonym "Tokkie"
