What Is a DabTard?

DabTards are like Stoners except theyre about twice as Retarded. Its possible for Someone to Smoke Dabs without being consitered a true DabTard, However all true DabTards will Smoke Dabs.(Usually erryday, non stop, no drought. Unless they're pussies in that case they're not Dabtards).
