A name for one whom’st’d’ve used excessive swear words. A conjunction of the words Cuss and Retard. Pronounced as the sweet pudding.

Pedro: “Who the bitch is that son of a slut motherslutter whom’st’d’ve eaten these fucking Cimmanon Toast Brunch?!”
