A coffee flavored beverage that either is or is assumed to be laced with narcotics, pot itself, or a date rape drug. Sometimes found when a hott chick at Starbucks offer you a free large frappuccino.

The deliberate act of 2 gay lovers purposely eating exlax chocolate to get diarrhea, and then excreting hot foamy runny shit into fancy porcelain cups then consuming each others own hot personal recipe.

Crackachino is a drink (yes that stupid white people buy) but it isn't from starbucks.

its is one part of each:

baileys

Kaluah
vodka
151 (rum) (maybe a dash extra)
coffee

shaken and strained into a small rocks glass or a LARGE shot glass. You shouldn't really be able to taste too much liquor as the coffee supresses it.

A typical rancid bitter Starbucks drink that gives you the runs almost immediately! It's especially bad if you drink it in CHINO, CA. - known as the double crapuccino.

Additional usage: can describe any coffee-based beverage that acts as a laxative
