Different word for Blackpool which is a town located in North West of England. Used due to the fact that It's lovely residents are usually drug addicts, bike thieves and drug dealers.

John: Yo mate, are you coming to Blackpool.

Kevin: Nah bro, I ain't coming to Crackpool.

often preceeded by: "i believe", or "don't you think", or "whould it be a good idea to...."
(often presented under the influence of drugs)
