Chuck your Muck

A term most commonly used in a childhood nursery rhyme "don't chuck your Muck in my backyard, my backyard, my backyard. Don't chuck your Muck in my backyard, my backyards full." They are saying that life has already shat on them quite enough, there is enough they are already dealing with so don't add to the mess we already have.

This person is usually visibly showing they are upset in some form, of anger, sadness, hurt, stress etc. and need to release that emotional discomfort. They just feel Mucky.

Common to use during conversation with someone complaining of all their problems.

Sam says, The bills are just stressing him out, and did I tell you The rent went up!! And the cheeseburgers are $10 a person now! What are they thinking?!

Mike replies, "bummer, aw man, but I'm having a great day, Don't Chuck your Muck this way. Suzy, she will listen to you if you need to talk it out."

This term can also mean quite literally someone is getting rid of their unwanted belongings secretly putting them in their neighbors yard.

Timothy tells his wife, "this old chair is garbage, it has got to go! I'll just Chuck My Muck over to Nikkis side yard. She never checks that side of her place, so she will never know."

Patty, Timothy's wife "okay Timmy bear, but I wouldn't be Chucking Your Muck over there before 10pm. I wonder where other people chuck their muck?"
Dad, I can't get my time on the computer because my little brother is always on playing WOW. My laptop is broken and I need some new shoes too. My feet have been bulging through the sides of these ones and my toes are purple by the end of everyday.

Natalie, hunny, I love you very much but I'm not the best with all the muck, but your mother, bless her soul is. Go ahead into the kitchen, she's making dinner and now is the perfect time to chuck your Muck.

Angry son comes into living room and looks at his father and screams, okay dad! It's time to take this outside, you have moved my favorite collection for the last time! Angry son huffing and puffing, I will Chuck you in your Muck so hard!

Dad smiles and replies, "i didn't move those, it was your mother. She's been Chucking Muck around the house all day. I love you buddy!"

Angry son, "Mom!"

We all have Mucky days.

Stealthie

when you're holding up your phone and making faces at it, as though you are taking a selfie, but you're really taking a picture of the person across from you or the wall or anything else that seems interesting but you don't want to be caught dead taking a picture of.

This action is often made more convincing by wiggling the eyebrows or opening the mouth, to pretend you're trying to get a Snapchat filter to work.
FRIEND A: "Did you just take a stealthie of me?"

FRIEND B (turning phone around): "no I was just using snapchat's new filter, see?"

The grindset is a contemporary ideology of self-exploitation disguised as strength, deeply tied to the aesthetics of the “sigma male” and to new digital forms of patriarchy. It promotes the idea that human worth depends on productivity, economic success, absolute emotional control, and the ability to work endlessly, turning vulnerability, rest, community, and tenderness into signs of weakness. Beneath its rhetoric of discipline and power often lies a profound inability to relate healthily to pain, fragility, and human interdependence.
“That’s the grindset, brother. While weak men sleep and complain, sigma males stay disciplined, work in silence, suppress emotions, and build power while everyone else wastes time chasing comfort.”
