cholafied

To look like a chola - a gangster chick from LA. Being cholafied usually means that you aren't really a true chola and are just appropriating the style. To have shaved off eyebrows which are then pencilled in thin and dark or to have them tattooed on. This gives the eyebrows an unnatural, perfect Sharpied look. Dark lipliner is applied to outline the lips to make them look bigger. Gangs tattoos are also common like a teardrop, 3 dots (Mi Vida Loca), or any tattoo repping where they're from. Additional identifiers of the cholafied style include: cat eyes, hair sprayed high bangs, crunchy gelled hair, bandanas, Dickies, Raiders jerseys, plaid shirts with only the top buttoned, white tank tops, and clean Nike Cortez's.

Lady Gaga is trying to look all cholafied, bringing back Chola style to pop culture. Now all the little girls want to be a Chola for Halloween.

Stop overplucking your eyebrows and putting on dark brown lipliner. You're looking all cholafied.

In middle school, I looked like soooooooo cholafied. Nobody messed with me because I looked so mean.

Chilapatío

A mexican slang made out by the words "Chilango" (Anyone native to Mexico city), and "Tapatío" (Someone from Guadalajara, Jalisco).

This word applies when a "chilango" lived his entire life in Guadalajara, Jalisco and is even capable of tasting "tortas ahogadas" without making a big deal about wet food.

"A mi me cae que no es ni de aquí ni de allá, ese es un chilapatío y seguro que es bien puto, la neta."

Chilaquiles

Chilaquiles are a traditional Mexican dish. Typically, corn tortillas cut in quarters and fried are the basis of the dish. Green or red salsa or mole, is poured over the crispy tortilla triangles, called "totopos." The mixture is simmered until the tortilla starts softening. Eggs (scrambled or fried) and pulled chicken are sometimes added to the mix. The dish is topped with cheese (typically queso fresco) and/or sour cream (crema), and it is served with refried beans. Like many dishes, regional and familial variation are quite common.

Usually, chilaquiles are eaten at breakfast or brunch. This makes them a popular recipe to use leftover tortillas and salsas.

Moreover, chilaquiles are often lauded as a cure for the common hangover; this is because in Mexico it is believed that spicy foods help in the recovery process from a hangover.

Chilaquiles is my favorite food of all time!

childfree

Also known as "childfree by choice," childfree simply means not wanting children and having no desire to take on the burdon of parenthood. The term "childfree" should not be confused with "childless" as that implies a person or couple who desires children but has none. Unfortunately, childfree people are often accused of being selfish (as if having a child that's just another burden on society somehow ISN'T selfish), or "unnatural."

Going childfree means real freedom.
