Nickname for Anytown, USA that annually fills their town coffers by attracting wealthy, car-centric narcissists to strut their uniquely “special” jalopies for “Car Week” while locals cringe and hide out.
When our town becomes Cartown, USA, our best pickpockets come streaming out of the woodwork to go and mingle with the glitterati.
