Basically its another way of spelling the word child, this is mostly done in screen names or in email addresses. due to child being already taken.

Girl: "So whats your email so i could send you the study guide for the science test?"
Boy: "Umm...its [e-mail], dont laugh, child was taken already."
Girl: "I completely understand."
