A brotha ie. brother who takes Cialis in order to get an erection due to erectile dysfunction ED.

An African-American male (Bro, Bruh) who requires the pharmaceutical assistance of Cialis to get an erection.

A Black dude (Bro ) who has to take Cialis to get his dick hard in order to fuck.

Can also be a dude with a name that starts with Br (Brian, Brady, Bryone) who has to take Cialis to get an erection.

Does not apply to Cialis users that just want longer harder erections, but have normal function. This specifically applies to limp dick dudes who can’t get hard without Cialis.
