A common nickname for Vauban in the game Warframe. Became a popular in-joke amongst the community after a forum post a by non-English speaker titled "How is Booben formed?" asking how Vauban is built in broken English.

I play the frames on my personal computers whitch buy by dad, i play game and see a guy shoot with me with, i press the button T and ask "what man" he say he is booben how is booben form?

Böfen ist ein Verb, womit man mehrere Sachen meinen kann. Normalerweise meint man mit Böfen (Shisha) rauchen. Aber man kann es auch in einer Diskussion als Argument einsetzen, da es auch als Beleidigung verwendet werden kann.
