something you'd probably (or won't) apply when you hear or see something said or done that's so phenomenal, that you feel like you're stepping into either uncharted territory or another county or on a planet with either an individual or a group of indigenous individuals that significantly differ from your cultural & socioeconomical standards, and when they sound or look so absurd in nature, that the acts or opinions would otherwise be deemed extraordinary, & that they haven't really been physically witnessed or heard by an outsider (yourself or a buddy) since around 1492

Ayacarumba 

A house maid who performs additional sexual duties for the man of the house as well as house maid and cleaning duties. She may or may not take additional payment for said duties so duties performed may not be classed as prostitution. Aya is the Sri Lanka'n term for house maid.
I've got my Ayacarumba coming over three times a week now, so get to empty a load off regularly these days, as well as keep the house sparkling clean.
