an insult made to sound like an apology. the cousin of the backhanded compliment, an apologinsult claims to express contrition but in reality seeks to put the blame back on the victim and make them feel worse.

Apolonia- a woman who is very beautiful, sexy, and intelligent even though she might not show it. She also is most likely Hispanic.
