Absa-fucking-lootly: means to dramatically express complete agreement (to highly agree with something or someone with much enthusiasm). It is similiar to the word absolutely, but with a much deeper meaning. Most people tend to scream this word or pump their fist when saying "Absa-fucking-lootly" to show how passionately they agree with something."

Question: "Hey Molly, do you have any q-tips?"
Response: "Absa-fucking-lootly"

Question: "Hey Molly, how about that ride in? You like it?
