When it takes a few moments for your mind to catch up to your emotions. To be totally and completely blown away. Usually used when a gorgeous woman appears, causing your mind to go blank and your heart to skip.

Words cannot completely explain your feelings and thoughts so the only word that comes out is "...wow."
