Delusional 14 years old Who thinks he is the main character and the whole universe rules toward him,

Ruby is underaged and she is really young, and most pedophiles are known for saying "cutie" and such stuff.
Otherwise this all could have been prevented if he minded his own business and decided to admit it.

Xylazine is a mean, nasty street drug that has found credibility by way of veterinary medicine. Drug dealers are now using the animal tranquilizer, ketamine, to deliberately cause dependency among addicts. It is given the name xylazine on the street. It is also known as "tranq" or "fetty." Fetty because cartels are making it almost instantly addictive by cutting it with cheaply obtained fentanyl. It is so incredibly dangerous on the street because the narcotic antidote "narcan", is rendered useless to those who overdose. Thereby making it deadly.
