Welcome to Night Vale is a podcast series which airs twice a month and is presented as a radio show.
It is set in a small desert town called Night Vale, which is located somewhere in the southwestern United States.
The idea behind it is that in this town a whole lot of conspiracy theories are true and news that we (outsiders) would think is unusual is presented as if it is perfectly ordinary.
Every episode of the podcast includes a piece of music by a different independently-published artist as its "weather report".
It was created by Joseph Fink and Jeffrey Cranor, is voiced by Cecil Baldwin, and is published by Commonplace Books. The theme and background instrumental music to the series was created by the band Disparition.
"A small desert town where the sun is hot, the moon is beautiful and mysterious lights pass over us while we all pretend to sleep. Welcome to Night Vale" -This is the introduction to the first episode of Welcome to Night Vale
A generic mobile phone, usually from a Chinese manufacturer, so-called because of its boot screen consisting of the word "WELCOME!" in some form or another.
I used to have this cheap welcome phone I bought off Wish but it died on me all of a sudden.
The coolest city-reppin' song in the rap game. Welcome To Chicago" by the rap group "Phyzical Thurapy" refers to the general areas of Chicago, Illinois. From Grant Park to Schaumburg, from area code (312) to (773), and from Highway 41 to Lakeshore Drive as being the best places on the face of the earth. Overall, this is the Chicago Anthem right here.

These are their lyrics off google from their song "Welcome To Chicago"
"You can see us postin up from Grant Park to Schaumburg,
3-1-2... cook county all day,
7-7-3... all the way to dupage (dupage)
Highway 41... lake shore drive,
Welcome, Welcome to Chicago! this is how we ride slow!"
The Bar came before the movie. It is an awesome bar where the girls know how to party and make you feel okay about giving up your money, drawers, bras, and dignity.
2. Movie
A story about a Jersey girl following her dreams, aided by working at this bar in New York.
3. Situation/Person/Decision
See other definitions - waking up next to someone so ugly you'd rather chew your arm off than wake them up.
1. Yo, Coyote Ugly is my favorite bar! I got whipped, stripped, drunk, and danced on the bar all before 7 o'clock!
2. Hey did you see Coyote Ugly? It actually has a plot!
A meaningless, unimpressive, self-serving introduction. An indicator that the story about to be shared will be pointless and dumb.
Back when I lived in upstate new york, I also had to park on the street - on two occasions, we got enough snow, mixed with just the right plowing, that my car was lifted off the ground from so much snow being jammed underneath it.
Sister: This meeting was to discuss the rough draft of my essay, where we discussed the subsidiary questions I added in my rough draft. We also discussed the relationship between my main title and the real-life situations I chose to use in my essay. We discussed the structure of my essay as well, specifically the Math AOK section and how it relates to the contradiction of the title. This second meeting was particularly helpful in discussing the implications of my essay claims and how to apply the title across various areas of knowledge. There were many sections of the essay that could have been cut down in wordiness and the ways of knowing required further and more in-depth analysis.
