Any member of the new class of wanna-be ganjapreneur who recently got turned on to the wonders of marijuana and think their bright ideas about the fantastic wealth potential of a legal marijuana market puts them in some sort of unique position to capitalize on the future industry. Along the way, they conveniently ignore things like federal law, the existence of the DEA or the well-known US Department of Justice policy to specifically target the exact same people for the exact same reason.

Jamen Shively, former Microsoft employee and marijuana newbie smoked pot during a brainstorming session with rich friends and now he thinks he can corner the marijuana market in the US. Apparently he can't wait to be charged with a federal conspiracy simply by explaining his plans in the national press one headline at a time. What a weediot.
