goosebumps walkaway

“Goosebumps walkaway is the line that the guy says to the girl in the movie that gives her goosebumps and then he walks away forever,”
Nick is having a hard time saying goodbye to Reagan, too, and keeps saying the wrong things to her, so he devises a plan to act out a goosebumps walkaway to up his cool.

goosebumps walkaway

The "goosebumps walkaway" is the moment a man says something to a woman before he walks away, something so deep that the woman in question gets little goosebumps on her arms.

Walkaway Joe

A guy who dates for the comfort of himself (unbeknownst to his dating partner) and when the going gets tough or he loses interest, he walks away from the relationship. ( Think physical ghosting) Long used term from the 1960's,70's and 80' mothers of daughters warning them about who they should and shouldn't date. There's even a country song about it by Trisha Yearwood.
Bobby just left you?? Wow. Well honey, he's just a Walkaway Joe...forget about him.

When you take a shit and know as soon as you pinched off the last loaf that there is no need to wipe. Not even a courtesy check. Get up, pull up your pants and continue with your day. Not possible after a night of drinking, mexican food or a three gallon enema.
"Wow, I cant believe that was my third walkaway today" he exclaimed to his girlfriend right as she started to go down on him.

Hollywood walkaway

Very similar to the Hollywood hangup. Two characters in a movie are engaging in conversation, and person A says something insightful and walks away, while leaving person B to think about it.
From "Kingdom of Heaven"

Tiberias: Jerusalem has no need of a perfect knight.
Balian: No. It is a kingdom of conscience, or nothing.

Coyote Ugly

1. Place

The Bar came before the movie. It is an awesome bar where the girls know how to party and make you feel okay about giving up your money, drawers, bras, and dignity.

2. Movie

A story about a Jersey girl following her dreams, aided by working at this bar in New York.

3. Situation/Person/Decision

See other definitions - waking up next to someone so ugly you'd rather chew your arm off than wake them up.

Back when I lived in upstate new york

A meaningless, unimpressive, self-serving introduction. An indicator that the story about to be shared will be pointless and dumb.
Back when I lived in upstate new york, I also had to park on the street - on two occasions, we got enough snow, mixed with just the right plowing, that my car was lifted off the ground from so much snow being jammed underneath it.

Sister: This meeting was to discuss the rough draft of my essay, where we discussed the subsidiary questions I added in my rough draft. We also discussed the relationship between my main title and the real-life situations I chose to use in my essay. We discussed the structure of my essay as well, specifically the Math AOK section and how it relates to the contradiction of the title. This second meeting was particularly helpful in discussing the implications of my essay claims and how to apply the title across various areas of knowledge. There were many sections of the essay that could have been cut down in wordiness and the ways of knowing required further and more in-depth analysis.
