Da "have a nice trip" farewell-phrase dat you tell a chick who's about to set out to seek her dream guy, whom she hopes will be as handsome as one of da cute dudes featured in da famous orange-and-blue-logo telecommunications-service ads.
If da dumb blonde who went to swim wif da sharks ("Honey, look --- DOLPHINS!") actually survived said "stupid decision", perhaps her asleep-on-da-beach-towel "honey" told her afterwards, "Boy Vonage" when she was ready to chase after da dude driving da bright-orange-wif-yellow-flames-painted retro-van who had tossed her da telecommunications-offer box, so dat she could get him to help her sign up for said economy-priced services.
A portmanteau of the words VOTE and DONATE, used to describe the process of voting in a Gitcoin Quadratic funding round. In a QF round, you can VOTE for public goods projects you believe deserve to be funded by DONATING as little as $1 to them. (This eliminates most SPAM and vote-botting, and also sets a minimum bar of conviction.) Your pledge is then matched by larger corporate and organizational donors using an algorithm that rewards breadth of support over individual donations. In other words, a $1 VONATION can result in many times that amount of funding being provided to organizations who need it.
If you would like to support our initiative of organizing community beach cleanups in Honduras, please vonate to our project on grants.gitcoin.co today.
