A person whom most people would generally regard as a piece of shit due to their behavior and or demeanor who has some how wormed their way in to an elevated position,

that they have no business being in. Similar to a turd that refuses to be flushed.

"My teacher is such an authoritarian up-shit, how has she not been fired yet? "
