Sometimes swapped with custom or performance oriented upgrades or even changing parts to make a more powerful and efficient vehicle; tuned. That tunercar backfired....
-man thats his tune, dawg... you see he is running it kinda rich, probably over lubricating his seals but hey, when the un-burnt gas hits his Hottt exhaust, it ignites and goes bang!
ohh, cool.. so it doesn't hurt it?
-not at all tinytuner, infact a backfire is harmless to engines and engine control... however; prefire (or preignition) is quite the opposite and can destroy an engine instantly.
