When a person is participating in the act of being Try Hard, a person who will try to win at all costs even if you are just trying to have fun, can be described as a Tryhardosorous Rex.

(Family is playing monopoly; John is Tryhardosorous Rex in this situation.)
John:YES! I PASSED GO.
Becky: Darn, I'm in jail.
John: TAKE THAT BECKY!
