No its not a type of pistachio. A "Trumpnut" is any individual male or female of various backgrounds who have overdosed on the proverbial kool-aid and believe everything Trump and Trump enablers say. They refuse to fact check anything and if challenged with actual facts will claim "fake news"
Trumpnuts can be easily spotted by the abundance of Trump paraphernalia on their vehicles. (Flags,signs,bumper stickers)

You can always tell a trumpnut. They refuse to wear a mask to protect others. They carry on about it violating their constitutional rights and constantly claim that covid19 is a hoax or blown out of proportion. They refuse to get their information from reputable sources, instead listening to right wing mouthpieces like Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh or other simpletons on youtube. They claim to be "patriots" when in fact they have a mob mentality.

Not all trumpnuts are racist but all racists are trumpnuts.
