traumahero

the book/tv trope (usually in a superhero/magihero setting) in which the opening character takes what should be a good moment, and immediately gets thrown out of their depth/into a high stress and uncontrolable situation and then returns to what would be normal but with the advantages of the expirience while also expiriencing symptoms of the trauma,
examples include:
magical girl gunslinger
Super supportive
arguably the weaver arc in worm
yeah a traumahero is a good trope, i wish it was used more

Traumarous

An occurrence/incident that could be classed as mildly traumatic to the person whom the incident occurs, but rather amusing to his/her friends and passers by.
A chap falls up the stairs on the escalator. He has no injuries apart from a hit to his pride. This is Traumarous.

The embarrassing chat you had with your boss could be described as traumarous.

traumaversary

The anniversary of when someone has gone through something severely traumatic (whether it be spiritually, physically, intellectually, emotionally, or socially). It’s not something to be celebrated, but it can cause grieving, depression, panic attacks, crying for what appears to be reason, and dropping off the radar on family and friends.
-The Traumaversary for Sarah was the anniversary when her niece passed away a few days after her birth.

-Susan’s traumaversary retriggered her PTSD from five years ago.

Sleepy juice

Either liquid niquil or any liquid drink with melatonin, Ashwaganda or other sleeping aids in a liquid form. If warm tea helps you get to sleep that could be sleepy juice too.
I could not sleep so I chugged some sleepy juice and now I'm so tired and sleepy.
